It's on the fourth floor, so prepare to take the stairs, or if you have things to sell ask about taking the freight elevator. Prices generally very, very cheap for records, I'm not sure what price guide the owner uses, if at all. Hours seem to be sporadic, it may be worth a call ahead before stopping in.
